This is the website of the band Mr. Po. It is a non-commercial site presenting the band and the album “Stay Clean”. We keep it simple and collect as little as possible.

What we collect

Nothing directly. This site has no contact forms, no comments, no newsletter sign-up, no user accounts for visitors and no third-party analytics or tracking tools.

Server logs

Like every website, the server that hosts mrpo.net automatically records technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time of the request. This is done by our web hosting provider to keep the site running and secure, and is based on our legitimate interest (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)). We do not use these logs to identify or profile visitors.

Visitor statistics

To see how many people visit the site and which pages they read, we use Koko Analytics, a privacy-friendly statistics plugin that runs entirely on our own server. It does not use cookies and does not share data with anyone. To tell unique visits apart it uses a temporary, anonymised code based on your browser and IP address, which is never stored and is reset every day. We only see anonymous totals such as page views and referring websites — never who you are.

Cookies

The site does not set cookies for visitors. WordPress only uses cookies for people who log in to manage the site.

Fonts, images and third parties

All fonts and images are stored on our own server. The site does not load content from Google, Spotify, YouTube or other third parties. The “Listen on Spotify” and “Listen on YouTube Music” buttons are plain links: nothing is sent to those services until you click one. Once you do, you are on their website and their own privacy policies apply.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct or delete personal data about you, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability. Just email us at the address above.

You can also complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency (Datatilsynet): datatilsynet.dk.
